Good result for Senior Men at English Cross Country Relays

Four of the Herts Phoenix senior men travelled to Mansfield last Saturday to represent the Club in the English Cross Country Relay Championships and performed very well over the undulating and muddy 5k course to finish in 44th place out of the 151 teams that completed this exciting event. Please also note that today's Metropolitan League results have now been posted on this web site.

Herts Phoenix Womens Team information about 2009 T&F season

The new county athletics development squads got off to a rousing start on Monday 3rd November at the Lee Valley Indoor Athletic Centre.  With over 100 athletes from the clubs around the county taking part in Jumps, Throws and Hurdles groups, the centre was a hive of activity.  Many of the clubs athletes and coaches took part in this new venture and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
