There were mixed fortunes for Herts Phoenix in the third Met League race of the season at Ruislip on 29th November. There was an absent Marshall during the first two races resulting in the runners missing the marker and instead of the designated one lap, proceeded to complete two laps (Under 13 Girls) and either two or three laps (Under 13 Boys). Herts Phoenix under 13 boys and girls continued their winning form at the second Metropolitan Cross Country League race at Wormwood Scrubs on Saturday 8th November.

England Athletics have organised a Coaching Conference taking place on Saturday 6th December at the Lee Valley High Performance Centre and you are all invited.  There are many top coaches taking part and it'll be an opportunity for us to learn from those that have coached or are currently coaching athletes at the highest level.   Click here for full details and a booking form, please note the closing date of 28th November.  If you are a Herts Phoenix coach then the Club will refund to you the £25 cost.
