Lizzie Bird continued her great run of form to take the Bronze medal in the intermediate (U17) girls 1500m final and smash her personal best by a huge margin at last weekend’s English Schools’ Championships at the Alexander Stadium, Birmingham. Click here for results.

Despite having to travel to Croydon for the fifth match in the series with a much depleted team, once again Herts Phoenix's senior men performed very well to finish in second place managing to push closest rivals Chemlmsford into third place and thus retain the overall lead in the League. Expectations of gaining promotion to Division One next season are high as the Team prepares for its final match at Battersea on 31st July. Click here to see the match results.

Our young athletes produced a creditable second place in their Eastern Young Athletes League match at Stevenage on Saturday.  You can view the full results through the "Results" tab in the main menu on the left of this page.

The second of the club’s three UKWL matches took place at a warm and blustery Ridlins End track this Sunday.  With teams from as far afield as Glasgow and Wakefield the competition was going to be tough but a good turnout from the athletes ensured a strong showing for their home match.
