A group of the Club’s athletes travelled to the Rushmoor Arena, Aldershot to take part in the South of England Relay Championships the weekend before last. Results now available, see main menu under "Results" then "Road Races".
Beth Harris, Pole Vault coach at Stevenage and North Herts AC, will be running a number of pole vault sessions on Saturday mornings over the winter period at Ridlins Stadium, Stevenage. She welcomes any Herts Phoenix athletes who would like to give this a try.
The track and field season drew to a close with the end of season combined events championships at Bedford International Stadium this weekend. Rolled into one competition were the South of England, Eastern Counties and Hertfordshire County Championships.
