Most of the age groups have now been updated so why not take a look to see who's top in your event? The Veteran age groups are taking a little longer to compile but should be completed very soon. Just click on "Records" in the Main Menu to the right hand side of the page. |

 For the second year running the Tom Pink relays were held at the Lea Valley Athletics Centre at Picketts Lock. This is a fun event for the young athletes under 11 and under 13 years of age. It is based on sportshall events in the main, but it has been given a Scottish flavour by including events such as ‘caber tossing’, ‘highland steps’ (based on sword dancing and various other weight throwing events. Herts Phoenix athletes turned out in force for the first Metropolitan Cross Country match of the new season which was run in gorgeous late autumn sunshine over the tough, undulating but dry course in Claybury Park, Woodford last Saturday. A full set of results can be found through the Main Menu by clicking "Results" then "Cross Country". |
