Due to the heavy snowfall today, on top of ice & snow already on the ground, the facilities at both Wodson and Gosling are severely disrupted.  Although there may be indoor facilities available for training tomorrow, 22nd December, it is strongly advised that anyone considering travelling to either site check with their coach before doing so.

Nine of Herts Phoenix AC cross country runners travelled to Colchester on Sunday 6th December to represent their club in the Eastern AA Cross Country Championships.  Despite the early morning rain the tough hilly course was relatively dry and the bright sunny weather conditions with a slight wind were very good for the athletes.

Jodie Williams, following her unique sprint double at the World Youth Champs earlier this year, has made it through to the last three alongside Tom Daley (diving World Champion) and Heather Watson (Junior US Open Tennis Champion).  The winner will be revealed live on BBC One on Sunday 13th December, we'll all have our fingers crossed for you Jodie.  Click here to view the latest BBC article.
