The club has two training bases at Wodson Park, Ware and at Gosling Sports Park, Welwyn Garden City.  Both sites have full Athletics Facilities for Track, Field and Sportshall Events.

During the summer (April through September) outdoor training takes place at both bases on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and costs £2.60.

During the winter (October through to March) a combination of Indoor, Sportshall and Outdoor training is used and costs £2.60.

In addition there are regular specific training sessions at other times of the week.
 
We can arrange or just help out in Schools Sports Events and provide assistance to PE teachers in coaching specific events either inside or outside School.
 
We only use UK:a qualified coaches with specific CRB clearance for working with Children.
