1) Please note that there will no training at Wodson in the week immediately after Christmas as the centre will be closing at 6pm. However, please check with your coaches in case they are organising daytime sessions for you.
 
2) Gosling based athletes should check with their coaches to ask what training arrangements have been made.
 
3) Please note that with effect from 1st January 2012 Training Fees at both bases will be increased to £3.30 per session - please try to bring the correct money.

Another excellent set of results was achieved by Herts Phoenix young endurance runners on a crisp sunny afternoon over the hilly, twisting courses set out in the woods alongside Ruislip Lido last Saturday for the latest London City Runner Metropolitan League race.
