This is our home fixture and we need to provide officials to organise the race.  I expect that Broxbourne Runners, our co-promoters, will provide most of the marshals, as they did last year, but we need to provide people to set out the course; man the car park; and organise the start/finish, including water etc.  We may also need to provide a few marshals.  Are you able to help?  The race starts on Stanborough Green at 19:45 and should be over by 20:45.  Refreshments are available in the Rugby Clubhouse after the race.

Regarding these refreshments, we need to provide them for our guests to enjoy after the race.  If you could possible help in this respect, that would also be great.  The Clubhouse will be open from about 6 pm.
 
Whilst I have already directed this appeal to our regular Midweek participants and other road runners, I would appreciate if you could support us in any way you can.  If the Club is to continue to compete in road running, it is important that we demonstrate our commitment to leagues such as this.
