Following the end of the Track and Field season the thoughts and plans of the middle distance and endurance runners must turn towards the cold dark evenings of our hard winter training and the Cross Country season. This has been a successful year with new club records and many personal bests being set during the summer months, hopefully most of you will have attained the goals you set yourselves and now you should be planning your new programmes and targets for next season.
This winter the Club has again joined the Metropolitan Cross Country League; this is for all age groups from under 13 to Veterans and The Sunday Cross Country League which is for over 17s through to Veterans.
