Medal Haul for Phoenix at Eastern Counties/Herts Combined Events Champs

The Eastern Counties combined events championships were held at Cambridge University track on Sunday 30th September. The conditions were far from ideal with a very strong swirling wind blowing across the track. Eight Herts Phoenix athletes were competing and they won many medals between them. Southern Athletics League - last match of the season at Norwich

Herts Phoenix senior men and women athletes travelled to Norwich on Saturday 1st September for the final round of matches in the Southern Athletics League to compete against host club City of Norwich AC and other visitors Havering Mayesbrook AC and Ashford AC. Although fielding a much depleted team there were some pleasing performances with a number of athletes claiming first place in their events. For a full set of results please click here.
