London Indoor Games - Lee Valley 23rd/24th and 30th/31st January 2016
There were a number of early season personal best performances set by Herts Phoenix AC athletes over the last two weekends at the London Indoor Games, held at Lee Valley Stadium. Merechie “Shaka” Egbo cleared 1.62 metres in the under 15 Girls’ High Jump competition to move in to second place, whilst Christa Hetherington improved her 60m Hurdles time to 9.23 seconds to move to fourth place in their respective events UK age-group ranking lists.
